That means each serving has 150mg of caffeine. That's roughly the amount found in an energy drink. I am very sensitive to caffeine (I get very hyper just drinking a coke) and was did not look at the label before taking. I took Fenphedra for 4 days, lost 4 pounds, but it was too much caffeine for me. I was pretty shaky. I'm looking for a caffeine free version of this pill. Maybe that'll work for me. Good product, just not for me.
